I got these pictures of Baby E from my mom. She took pictures in the LDR room at the hospital. We didn't have our camera with us (can you believe it?!) sincw we were sent right from the doctor's office.

Slow Posting From Us

Hey all that read our blog (I know that's not a lot!)...many of you know that we have moved, and we are now out in the sticks as they say. Our internet is slow, and we have upload and download limits. I'm going to be limited in how often I post until we move to a new place :-( But we'll try to keep posting once a week...

Bath Time!

Baby E's first bath was an eventful one. We don't have a bathtub, so we did it on the kitchen counter. Notice the dishes :-) Baby E was a little cold, but she didn't cry. She did have very big eyes - she was a little concerned! But then we wrapped her up in a funny bath robe towel thing and she warmed right up!

We're moved!!

So, it happened after much delay, we are back in Michigan!! We closed on our house last Friday, our family showed up to help us move, and we started packing the truck. We left Chicago around noon and arrived at the cottage around 7:00. Although the truck did not arrive until 10:00 (they had to stop at the storage unit and unload what wasn't coming here). It was a late night, but we got everything off the truck and family was on their way. Baby E slept like a baby that night - must've been a tough day for a little one!

Baby E and her daddy love to cuddle up at night. It seems he can always calm her down. Thank goodness!

My Feet are Back!

Here are my feet at 40+ weeks. Huge - can't fit in any shoes. Just one sad pair of $2 flip flops from last summer. Sad, wasn't it?

And here are my feet now - small and able to fit in my shoes again. Yay!! I thought they'd never be the same.

Tummy Time

Baby E using her Boppy for tummy time! She's still so tiny and looks miniature in it! She is learning to start holding her head up. She can hold it up for about 3-4 seconds, then she takes a nose dive into whatever she is lying on! It's too cute!

Boppy!

Baby E used her Boppy by herself yesterday! She gets to sit in it upright. It holds her up until she scoots herself down and Mommy has to re-sit her in it.
